Edgar's is a tasteful little sports bar in Lewisville. They are in the old O'Riley's location on 407 (which explains the classic O'Riley's layout). It's very nice inside. There are a ton of pool tables on one side of the bar and the band, dance floor, tables, and darts are on the other side of the bar.
The band is kind of trapped on the stage, so you don't have to worry about us wandering out and eating food off of your plate while we are playing.
They have a pretty good beer selection (I was able to get one of those compressed-gas-James-Bond-like-Guiness-in-a-can thingies).
I forget what the cover is, but it shouldn't drain you. Bands start at 8:00 and go until Midnight on Fridays (this is Lewisville, folks) and start at 9:00 and go until 1:00 on Saturdays.
To get to Edgar's, go north on I35 to Lewisville. You will pass Main Street and get off at the 407-Justin exit (about the time you see the Phil Dill Boats sign). Take a right at 407 and go east. You will cross over the railroad tracks and it will be on your left in the shopping strip.
